Fairy Animals of Misty Wood by Lily Small

Lily Small has written a series of children’s books called “Fairy Animals of Misty Wood.” These stories focus on the adventures of the Winx, who are magical shapeshifters that have the ability to capture Fairy Animals. The first book in the series, “Chloe the Kitten”, is a popular pick for kids in kindergarten through third grade. Despite their young age, this series is suitable for fans of all ages.

The first Fairy Animals are the Cry-crys, which are deer, qilin, and unicorns. These creatures are similar to horses, but have different qualities and power levels. The most common type of cry-cry is a female, while the others are male. The base animal in the series is the horse-like Squonk, which is very aggressive and gets along well with Aisha’s pixie piff.

The next book in the series is Mia the Mouse, which was published in 2013. The winx are surrounded by a group of varying creatures. There are magiwolves and techno-squirrels. In both of these cases, the bonded animals gain the magical abilities of their owner. This allows them to use these powers to change into different forms and appearances. In the third season, the Winx transform into Bloomix fairies to save Kiko. Magiwolves are one of the rare fairy animals not relocated. They fit in the Lynphean ecosystem and can hunt alone. However, they usually form small packs of three to five magi wolves. They are generally non-violent towards humans. They come from large dog types and have magically enhanced senses. The protagonist of the novel, Bella the Bunny, is an intelligent and adventurous fairy. The second book in the series, Lexi the Ladybird, is a magical creature that gets confused with Lexi the Ladybird.

Cry-crys are very colorful, but they are not true fairies. They are derived from salamanders and frogs, and they are nearly always cool-colored. They also vary in fin shape and tail length.
