Fairy Type Pokemon

Fairy Type Pokemons are a cute addition to the Pokemon franchise and bring a sense of fantasy to the battle. Their looks are adorable, and their ability to attack Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-type Pokemon make them a very effective type.

Another good starter for the competitive scene is Primarina, which has a decent HP, Special Attack, and Special Defense stats. The only problem is that it is a weak starter against Steel-types. This can be fixed by teaching it Hydro Pump and a few other attacks, but it is best to focus on getting its Special Attack and Special Defense stats up first.
